Alder Chiropractic treats Denver's backs, necks, and stubborn joints with exam-first care: adjustments, sports injury rehab, prenatal care, and spinal decompression. Every plan comes with a visit count, a cost, and an end date.

Your first weeks at Alder
No same-day sales pitch and no open-ended visit plans. Here is the sequence every new patient follows.
Consult and exam
Forty-five minutes of history, movement screens, orthopedic testing, and posture review. You talk, we take notes, and nothing gets adjusted until we understand the cause of the pain, not only its address.
Findings and plan
You get a plain-language report of what we found, then a written care plan with visit count and total cost before treatment begins. If it is safe to start, your first adjustment happens the same day.
Care and progress checks
Most patients come once or twice a week at first. We re-test every six visits, taper frequency as you improve, and set a discharge date. The goal is a spine that holds its own, not a standing appointment.
Four ways we get you moving
Each service follows the same rule: measurable goals, re-tests every six visits, and referral out when chiropractic is not the right tool.
Chiropractic adjustments
Specific, low-force adjustments for the spine and extremities. Drop-table and instrument options for patients who prefer no manual technique.
Sports injury care
Sprains, strains, and overuse injuries from running, cycling, and climbing. Adjustments paired with rehab exercise, planned around your training calendar.
Prenatal chiropractic
Care through all three trimesters on tables set up for a growing belly. Relief for low back, hip, and pelvic pain, with notes shared to your midwife or OB on request.
Spinal decompression
Motorized traction for disc bulges, sciatica, and nerve pain that has not responded to adjustment alone. A 12 to 20 session protocol tracked with before and after measures.
new patients get an appointment within the week they call, and most see their written care plan by visit two.
An index of what walks through our door
Condition not on the list? Call and ask. When chiropractic is not the right tool, we say so and refer you to someone who has it.
What Denver patients report
Six visits for a disc flare-up that had me sleeping on the floor. Dr. Marsh explained every finding, and I was back to lifting my toddler by week three.
The decompression protocol kept me out of a second round of injections. Sciatica pain went from daily to rare over about two months.
They saw me through my whole pregnancy. Hip pain settled by the second visit, and they coordinated notes with my midwife without being asked twice.
